Business Chicks Presents

Between Tiktok and influencers who seem to be up past their bedtime to Bridgerton memes and photoshopping your brand on a Korean cookie, it can be hard to find the best way to reach your customers. If only there was a panel of three kickass marketers who could share all their wisdom and knowledge … oh wait, there is!

That’s right, our latest Career Files is all focussed on marketing.

Featuring Mastercard Marketing Director, Katherine Butterworth, Westfund CMO, Anna Maltabarow, and Nikita Mehta, this Q&A format will answer all our burning questions about marketing in 2021 and beyond.

Meet the panel

Katherine Butterworth

Katherine is a Marketing Director at Mastercard Australasia and has spent her career looking for the most exciting and challenging opportunities. Her experience spans advertising and marketing in the public and private sectors for organisations including Tourism New Zealand, Singapore Airlines, TBWA, DDB, Animal Logic and more.

Anna Maltabarow

Anna’s marketing career has taken her from Sydney to London to New York City. She spent the first decade working at the intersection of brand and customer experience with some of the world’s leading agencies. This includes her role as Marketing Director of Lippincott —the creative consultancy behind the Coca-Cola swirl and the Walmart spark. She’s distinguished herself as a strategic thought partner, a change leader and a champion for customer-centricity. Returning to Australia, Anna made the transition brand-side with Adobe before moving into her current role as the Head of Brand, Marketing & Experience at Westfund Health Insurance.

Nikita Mehta

Nikita sees marketing as a tool for business growth and enjoys navigating the line between commercial objectives and the creativity of marketing to drive the bottom line. She has a varied experience across a number of industries including baking, health insurance, telecommunications, and FMCG. Nowadays you’ll find her leading a team working on the marketing merchant partnerships, trade programs and vertical expansion at Afterpay.
