Want to know how to improve your customers’ experience? What about understanding how to better serve your clients’ needs? Thinking about transforming your business but don’t know how?
All these challenges can be answered with one little word: data.
Before a cool sweat appears on your brow, don’t panic. We’ve teamed up with UQ Business School to share our latest masterclass, Driving Your Business With Data, to help you upgrade your friendship with business insights to BFF status.
Presented by data-loving industry trailblazers, Dr Ida Someh and Associate Professor Gabby Walters, this masterclass will help you find the value in data and grow your business.
You’ll learn how to collect and use data to increase customer satisfaction, solve problems and improve your chance of business success.
