Masterclass Online: Creating a safe space for conversations about diversity, inclusion & equity

We remain committed to better understand what true diversity and inclusion looks like, so in our next Masterclass, Valerie Harvey will be presenting a workshop for Business Chicks, providing an insightful guide to unpacking privilege and unpacking meaningful relationships with BIPOC people and others on the fringes of the dominate white, male, hetero normative lens we’ve been forced to look through for so long. With the focus of the psychological safety of all who are brave enough to open themselves up in this most vulnerable way, together we can create a space to learn how to implement the most authentic version of diversity, inclusion and equality.

Valerie Harvey is a Cornell-certified diversity and inclusion practitioner.  She’ll draw upon her experience of moving to the United States from Panama, leaving the Jehovah’s Witnesses, and successfully breaking into the beauty industry.
