Best Thickness: Between 2mm~3mm
It’s the thickness that we apply to all SUSTEAS glass produts. Our SUSTEAS glass pitcher features wider range of heat resistance from -20°C ~150°C.
Unsafe Thickness:
≤2mm: Withstanding smaller temperature range, it’s not suggested to be directly heated and easy to break.
≥3mm: With the thickness increased continuously, the heat resistance decrease. When the iced/ overheated water is poured into pitcher , the probability of cracking of the glass pitcher increases.
LOOSE LID ≠ FAULTY PRODUCT
SUSTEAS pitcher lids are designed to adjust the tightness according to your personal preference as shown.
Loose lids is easy to take off and pour water, if you feel that the lid is not tight well, please don’t mistake it for a defective item, just remove the rubber ring and install it in reverse. In that way, the lid will be tight enough when pouring.
