We’ve all heard about it and probably experienced it in one way or another, and if you’re anything like us, we’re bloody sick of hearing about it!

So, we decided to do something about it.

We’ve partnered with our besties at the only job site worth using, Seek, to present our newest masterclass: Smashing the glass ceiling: The skills you need to break through.

Nicola Laver, Client Engagement Specialist at SEEK, will be hosting Tanya Hosch, EGM Diversity and Inclusion at the AFL, and proud Torres Strait Islander woman, in a fireside chat on the skills she’s used to break through two layers of glass at the top of Australian business: being a woman in a male-dominated sports organisation and a First Nations woman.
