Meet the panel
Flex Mami aka Lillian Ahenkan
Flex is a multidisciplinary millennial making waves in the entertainment industry. She’s a DJ, a TV presenter, podcast host, a social commentator, the founder & CEO of Reflex AND soon-to-be author of The Success Experiment (released June 2021). Jameela Jamil calls her an “inspiration” and, just quietly, we’re pretty obsessed with her too.
Hannah Spilva
Hannah is in the business of making people’s days. Hannah and her co-founder Verity Tuck launched their flower delivery service LVLY in Melbourne in 2015. A little over five years later, they deliver nation-wide seven days a week and have offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide and are the best in the business at customer service and adapting to change to get ahead.
Angela Howard
Angela has a big job. The Vice President of People and Performance for Carnival Cruises in the Asia Pacific, she manages a workforce of thousands both directly and indirectly across 60 different countries. Angela is a master at building relationships and getting the best of out of your people. And here’s a fun fact: before joining Carnival, Ange had never been on a cruise!
Sarah Davidson
Sarah our host, is an ex-lawyer and what we like to call a multi-passionate entrepreneur. The Founder of Matcha Maiden, host of the Seize the Yay podcast and the author of the book by the same name, Sarah is passionate about supporting others to help them find what makes them happy. Working with Sarah makes us happy; there’s no one that shows up and makes us smile like she does.
