Microsoft and T-Mobile Alum Named Armoire’s Head of User Experience

We’re excited to announce that Jen Snow has joined Armoire as Head of User Experience. In this role, Jen will lead design vision, strategy, and philosophy, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience for Armoire members. Jen will focus on designing and conducting customer research as well as usability testing to validate product design decisions.

Jen brings over a decade of experience as a UX and research lead from several industry stalwarts, including ConsumerAffairs, Limeade, Porch, ARRIS, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. Prior to her user experience pursuit, Jen was a creative director for Marchex and her own design agency. While Jen built her career at several Seattle-based technology companies, a recent move has made Armoire even more relevant to her wardrobe needs.

“Fashion and style have always been important to me, but my life has taken me down a path where I now have a tiny house on a farm,” said Jen. “I’ve also been on a weight loss journey. In many ways, I’m looking to find new ways to think about fashion more sustainably.”

As a systems designer and experience creator, Jen has an incredible record at the intersection of user-centered design and business opportunities. We’re excited to tap her expertise to develop, implement, and oversee best practices and processes.
